Shipping Fee
    •    We use Chunghwa Post International Parcel
    •    Calculated based on Chunghwa Post international parcel rates
    •    Please refer to the Chunghwa Post website for estimated delivery times


Processing Time
    •    In-stock items: Ships within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
    •    Made-to-order items: Ships within 7–14 business days (depending on order volume)
    •    Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or modified after purchase. Please confirm your selection before ordering.
    •    If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, the order will be shipped together based on the made-to-order schedule. We recommend placing separate orders.

Return & Exchange Policy
    •    Most of our products are repurposed vintage items, second-hand objects, or old stock, and are not brand new. Natural signs of age or wear are part of their charm.
    •    Each item’s condition is clearly shown and described on the product page — please read carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to accept the item’s condition as stated.
    •    Made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
    •    We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
    •    Major manufacturing defects
    •    Damage caused during shipping
If your item has any of the above issues, please:
    1.    Take clear photos of the problem immediately
    2.    Contact us via email or Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Notice
1.Please confirm your shipping information before you place an order. If there is a delivery failure due to wrong shipping information, you will have to pay for shipping fee again before we resend your package.
2.Shipping fee is non-refundable. If you failed to claim your parcel or refused any shipments, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
